How can I pay for my purchases?

The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone; please call 01204 792700 with the product details and have your card details to hand

How long will delivery take on my order?

Delivery times vary according to the courier we are required to use.

The different services we use are as follows:

Light Items = 2 – 3 working days (Parcel Courier)

Heavy Items = 3 – 4 working days (Pallet Courier)

Large Bulky Items = 5 – 20 working days (Specialist Courier To A Room of Your Choice)

We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an estimated dispatch date range for the entire order. This will be dictated by the item on the order with the longest lead time.

Missing Goods / Parts

Any parts which are found to be missing can be easily resolved via https://customer-services.furnitureinfashion.net/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/ . All you will need to do is provide the correct information and missing part number/letter as stated on the assembly sheet. We will then arrange for the requested parts to be dispatched out to you or the order resolved in a way satisfactory to yourself.

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances (including without limitation lorry breakdown, traffic accident, major traffic delays or severe weather) we will do our best to contact you to rearrange an alternative delivery times and / or dates. We will not be held responsible for any losses incurred due to a delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.

If we fail to comply with these Delivery Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Delivery Terms or our negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by yourself and Furniture in Fashion at the time we entered into this contract.

Providing our delivery services to your property, we will ensure that there are no damages to your property caused by couriers in the course of our performance. However, we are not responsible for the cost of repairing any pre-existing faults or damage to your property that pre-dated our performance of the delivery service.

Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?

How can I place an order?

You can order online simply by clicking the "Buy Now" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click the "Proceed to Checkout" button which takes you to our secure checkout. You may then enter your delivery and billing information and credit card details and submit your order via our secure server. Alternatively, if you'd prefer to place your order over the phone you can call a member of our sales team on 0208 1447867

All prices quoted by us include VAT at 20%

Please log into your account with your email and password. In your account information section you will see "view" next to your order, click "view" and at the bottom of the page you will able to download your invoice.
