Please note, our Ticket system works between Monday to Friday (24 hours) and closed on weekends. You can also forward all after sales issues on  [email protected] quoting your order number in subject line as reference. Please attached all relevant images / video for quick resolution. 

Please choose the relevant form department which applies to your order. Once chosen please ensure the forms are filled out with as much detail as possible and we can then ensure your issue is resolved in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. Please note it takes around 24/48 working hours for all forms to be processed.

How to reply the existing Ticket

Here, are the 3 easy steps for the customer to reply back his existing ticket to our support team.

Step-1 Login to your Ticket system by visiting the link

https://customer-services.furnitureinfashion.net/index.php?/Tickets/Submit/

Step-2 After getting logged in please enter your Ticket id in the search box on the top of the Login page.

Step-3 You need to reply your ticket by clicking on Add Reply button.

If you face any issue in submitting or replying Ticket than you can also send email to [email protected]  quoting your order number/Ticket id  in subject line as reference.
