What if I wish to cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order then in accordance with the distance selling regulations act you do need to notify us in writing via email. Please provide the following information:
- your order number
- the name the order was placed under
- date payment was made
- the item(s) you wish to cancel
- the reason for cancellation

What is Furnitureinfashion’s policy on refunds?
If you cancel your order before it has been dispatched we will issue you with a refund subject to our policy on cancellations. If you cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched we will issue you with a refund once the goods have been returned back to our warehouse.
Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process.

What is Furnitureinfashion’s returns policy?
We want you to be delighted and completely satisfied with your purchase from us so please do tell us if there is a problem and we will do our best to rectify it. Once you receive your order you have 7 working days to contact us if you decide you wish to return some or all of your order. Should you wish to return an item we will collect it from you at a cost, which will be deducted from your final refund. Alternatively, you may organise to return the item to our warehouse yourself. Whichever of the above you choose, please note that all items must be returned back in the same condition in which it arrived to you - unassembled and back in its original packaging. Items that are not adequately packaged at time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £25 may be levied to cover the cost of the failed collection.
Refunds will be issued within 10 days of receipt of goods and after the item has been inspected for faults/damages. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned back to us damaged.

What if I wish to return an item?
If you wish to return an item you need to notify us in writing via email within 7 working days of receiving your order. You will be required to provide the following information:
- your order number
- the reason/item for return
- confirm item is not assembled and back in its original packaging ready for collection

I have received a faulty/damaged item
Naturally we endeavor to deliver all our furniture in good condition. We want all our customers to receive top quality goods and it is disappointing for both us and yourself when occasionally things go wrong. We will aim to resolve any issue with a faulty item as quickly as possible but we need you to inform us within 3 working days of receipt of goods so we can resolve the issue for you.Please include as many details as possible about the order and the problem with the goods and we will get an alternative sorted out for you.

I have received an incorrect item in my order
If you have received an incorrect item in your order please submit a support ticket straight away and we will endeavor to collect and replace the item straight away for you.
