What Colours Go With a Navy TV Bed?

Navy has the depth of black without the harshness, and on an upholstered TV bed it brings a tailored, grown up feel to the bedroom. Because it behaves almost like a neutral, it pairs with a wide range of colours, warm and cool alike. In this guide we explain why navy works so well in bedrooms and how a deep shade helps the footboard housing recede when the screen is lowered. We suggest wall colours from warm white and pale grey to blush pink, sage and even navy on navy, along with bedding combinations for every mood. You will find advice on oak, walnut and painted finishes, brushed brass and mirrors that bounce light back into the room, rugs that lift darker floors and lighting that keeps navy rich rather than flat. Three complete schemes and a note on colours to use carefully help you plan a room that feels calm and considered....
