Creating a Rental Property Walk Through Checklist
Whether you are the property manager, the landlord or you own the facility the care and maintenance of your rental complex is important. Even tenants or prospective tenants need to ensure that the facility is clean, safe and well maintained. So, whether you are a landlord furniture charged with inspecting units after renters leave, or a prospective tenant trying to find the perfect place to live, creating a rental property walk-through checklist can be a valuable tool to ensuring the property is up to your standards. Oddly, though the purposes may seem to be juxtaposed, the two lists would not differ significantly. Both the landlord’s post-rental checklist and the prospective tenants pre-rental checklist would contain many of the same things.
