The term “living room” conjures up different images for different people. Some see it as a neat, pristine, lovingly cared for room without a spec of dust. For them the living room has fine furniture and elegant details. In short, it is a room that would frighten both insolent dust and curious small children away. For persons more like me, the living room is a place where you and your family “live”.

If you don’t mind keeping the room pristine, you can have that white Italian leather sofa. Or, if you’re like me, go for easy to clean fabrics that have lots of “family room”. That way, the living room furniture you choose today, will still be furniture you can enjoy living with ten years from now.
