How To Decorate My Room

This was a tough question for me: how should I decorate it because I love dark colors and want to furnish  it with pure black? However, there was an option for me to décor it with black color, but I was frightened at the thought of how my room would look like after getting a touch of black. Anyhow, when I consulted with an interior decorator, she suggested I added black with a blend of some bright shade; so I selected sky-blue with a combination of black.

The walls are painted sky blue with white color ceiling effect. The selection of furniture was also in the line of black and heavy black curtains are hanged on the wall size window of my room. The black color queen size bed was giving an impression of hex to my room and I was happy enough to have it decorated so.

In one corner, a beautiful blue sofas  with comfortable sitting arrangement was sufficient to reduce the dullness of color black from everywhere else. I tried to give more lively touch to my room by placing beautiful cushions on that blue sofa, covered with fine fabric of various bright colors like green, pink and yellow.

The wall size mirror  was giving an enchanted effect to the space and splendor of this large room. The bed cover was selected from the finest fabric for bedding with blue and black and bedside tables are embedded with finest handmade table lamps to give a dreamy touch to my room décor.

I got the same magical effect I wanted to get from splendid black color and now my room is a magnificent example of beautiful blend of blue and black. You can also furnish your room with the selective color of your own choice.
