Some houses are big, some are small. Some houses have big rooms. And vice versa. But the tiny rooms are very hard to live with. The main things that come to your mind are how you’re going to beautify such a tiny place.

Well, think if you could make it like a mini-living room. You could bring some little chairs in and put a flower vase and a table  in between. You could put up a very adorable clock and you could hang paintings as well. If you can, fix a very small bookshelf near one of the walls and you could add some books to the collection so people can read in the room. Put floor cushions and a small rug, so the person feels more comfortable reading. Or, get a magazine rack to keep your newspapers and latest magazines in. Then keep that magazine rack near the wall. Go for rich fabrics that lend the room texture and an air of luxury. Cover the floor in the center of the room with a large rug to give the room that lux finish. Use minimal number of accessories for your rooms, because they create clutter. Stick to small sized throw pillows, wall hangings and framed photographs or artwork.

Make the most of the light in the room to give a more spacious feeling. Keep your room organized so that it doesn’t feel claustrophobic. Also, keeping the furniture against the wall leaves you more space in the center of the room for you to move around. Don’t use mirrors because they will reflect the furniture and make the place look even smaller and cramped. If you can, put a table so the room can also be counted as a study room. The choices are all yours!
