Appropriate Use of Candles And Air Fresheners In The Bathroom

Layout and decoration of every room in a house plays an important part in the overall home décor (dining room furniture ). The bathroom is usually the smallest room and decorating it become a little hard because of its size and frequent usage. There are many decorative items that can give a bathroom a comfortable and organized look like rug, nice shower curtains, fancy towels etc. Candles can also be added in the bathrooms to give them both light and feeling of warmth. Choose candles which go well with the central theme of the décor in your bathroom. For example if your bathroom has a nautical or country decorating theme, choose colors and scents of the candles that blend well with it. You can also put candles which incorporate their own theme.

Use nice holders for candles either the hanging type or to be placed on the shelf or near the sink. You have to protect them from getting wet and for that tall candle holders serve the purpose well. Also be careful in placing the candles in a safe and dry place. They should be kept away from the appliances like hair dryers/irons or electric razors etc. They should also be away from the path of the cords and flammable items like hair sprays and perfumes.

If you have a small bathroom with limited space install a shelf or shelves on an appropriate wall to place the candles. This will enable you to enjoy a decorative and safe bathroom free from clutter. Scents should be properly chosen to create the required atmosphere. These also protect your bathroom  from getting smelly. Light and fresh smells like citrus scents are commonly used in the candles for bathrooms. Nice scented candles placed near the bath tub create a great mode of enjoying your bath. Airfreshners can also be used for killing bad odor. They also come in a wide variety of fragrances to choose from.
