"Our new craftsman collection features hand made construction and finishing on every piece. We start the long process by air drying the wood itself for at least two seasons before a short period in a traditional wood fird kiln. The components are then made in a traditional cabinet makers workshop with good old fashioned machinery, some of which is over a century old, using these we are able replicate the look of old furniture. This does create inconsistencies which ensure no two peices will ever be exactly the same. Once the wood is machined all of the manufacturing processes are then completed by hand with every peice individually created, this is a deliberate and intrinsic part of the furniture itself. Wood finishes are applied by hand to give a deep rich patina, only once complete is every item itself dismantled and packed into cartons for delivery to you ready for re-assembly."
