Hammer the edges if they are sharp<\/b><\/p>\n

Use a milder sandpaper to smooth the furniture again. It is not necessary to go through the entire piece \u2013 just the parts that need fixing.<\/p>\n

Use wax or any other finish<\/b><\/p>\n

Apply another layer of finish. If you have painted the piece, use wax. If you have kept the wooden look, use the same varnish or polish as you did before second sanding.<\/p>\n
