You should not stay too close to your monitor. Ideally the distance between your eyes and the computer screen should be at least 50 cm \u2013 better, even a hundred.<\/p>\n

Finally, a lot will depend on you. Avoid questions mark back positions, try to keep your back upright, carefully consider your keyboard and mouse placement; do not forget to change your position every half an hour or so \u2013 ideally, even more often. Take breaks, do not stay seated for hours; take some time to look back from the screen once in a while.<\/p>\n
