You finally saved up enough money to install the home bar you\u2019ve always wanted. It took some time, but you have a bar that looks great, furniture stores\u00a0<\/a>. That\u2019s the good news. The bad news is that you don\u2019t have much left over for all of the things you need to make it functional. You have stemware and a mini-fridge left over from your son\u2019s college dorm days. What you don\u2019t have are the other items of furniture\u00a0<\/a> such as stools, racks, etc. You can get what you need and spend less if you don\u2019t mind doing a little clean up. In case you didn\u2019t know, you can buy used bar stools and other furnishings for a fraction of the cost of buying new. Most just need a little TLC and they\u2019ll be as good as new.<\/p>\n

Sometimes, especially with furnishings that have been used in a business, people get the idea that they don\u2019t go on the secondary market until they\u2019re completely shot. While that may be true of some less durable items, bar stools\u00a0<\/a> are not in that category. The stools that are built for use in public bars are of sturdy construction and made of high quality materials. They have to be or the owners of bars won\u2019t even think of buying them. Most of the time, when these come into a used furniture setting, it\u2019s because the bar has either redecorated or closed. The old pieces that are for sale are often in darned good shape. Many just need a good cleaning.<\/p>\n
