Using heavy three-part holder for these keeps them in reach but eliminates easily knocking them over. Yes, you need note pads, but only keep one on the desktop and the rest in a drawer.<\/p>\n

Keep organized by filing things away as soon as you are done with them. Frequently used files need a small file stand to hold them on the desk\u2019s top within easy reach.
