First, you want a comfortable bed. If the apartment is small (a studio perhaps), you might opt for either a futon or a convertible sofa to save space. The storage ottoman\/table works like a coffee table, a footstool and inside you can tuck away those linens you need to make up the sofa bed each night! If your kitchen is of the \u201ceat-in\u201d variety, great! If not, you need dining space. Try a drop leaf table and a set of chairs. Each of these items can be found in several styles, enabling you to mix and match to create a unique look while enjoying their space-saving attributes.<\/p>\n

In the kitchen you\u2019ll want a microwave and probably a toaster. In the bathroom, get a good over-the-showerhead storage rack to hold shampoos and soaps.
