What are the Benefits of having a Dressing Table in a Bathroom?

Just bought a house and planning to decorate it? Looking for different ways and ideas to set up your house? If your answer is yes then you are absolutely at the right place. I have seen many of my friends going crazy at the thought of decorating the interiors of their new house or renovated home. And you want to place a dressing table in a bathroom? I can understand! I have gone through that phase too. Believe me it’s not as mind-boggling as you think it to be. It really is quite exciting and fun!

Now, coming back to my topic, the place for the dressing table is always quite confusing for many people. Some people like it in their bedroom, some like it in the bathroom while some prefer it in the dressing room attached to the bathroom. Well, you can have it anyway you like. But a dressing table in a bathroom has always been my choice. I always recommend it to people. Let me tell you why.

Everyone keeps most of their cosmetics, make-up and other common toiletries in the dressing table. Most of them are daily use items. A dressing table is meant to be used to get “ready”. Everything like hair brushes, deodorants, perfumes, earrings and so on will always be on the dressing table. This is why putting a dressing table in a bathroom is a perfect choice. Whenever you take a bath and are about to get ready, all those things are easily available in your bathroom. Everything that you need is there. Otherwise, if this wasn’t the case, you would have to come out of your bathroom go to your room, soaked, dripping and half-clothed to get ready.

This can be quite a mess. For me the perfect way to handle all this is to dress up perfectly in the bathroom itself, immediately after a shower. A dressing table in a bathroom will also prevent your room from getting messy with all your shed hair (accept it, everyone faces this problem) too. When keeping the dressing table in the bathroom, you room will be a lot more spacious which you can also use to add some other furniture like a dresser, TV cabinet or maybe nothing at all! With the dressing table in the bathroom, you won’t have to worry about roaming around half naked after a shower or after coming home from work, for I think that the bed room is only meant for taking rest. Changing and getting dressed should be done in the bathroom itself.

Many people prefer a dressing table in the bathroom . They find it more convenient and reachable. With the dressing table removed from their room, they get extra space too. The room looks more open and people find it a bit more comfortable. Try this for a change. I bet you will find it comfortable too. But, like I said, everyone has their own views. This is my point of view. Some people might like it otherwise. Style your house according to your lifestyle. But make room for new changes too!
