When you’re planning a conference or important business meeting, you want to be a lot like old St. Nick and make a conference planning checklist  that will ensure the entire thing goes off like… magic! You may not be delivering toys around the world, but you have eleven business executives showing up at 8:00 p.m. on an international flight that has had them in the air for over nine hours. You’ll want to arrange for transportation from the hotel to the office, or if the meeting is at the hotel, you’ll need to be sure the people from your own office get there on time. Each task is small by itself, but when added together, the planning of a meeting, even a small one with less than twenty people in attendance, is a major coup.

Companies invest a great deal of money in conferences and when you are in charge of the planning of one, you’re definitely going to be feeling the pressure. The stress will get to you unless you work hard to keep the situation in hand.
