Access clearance in front. To lift an ottoman base you need to stand in front of it and pull upwards. Allow at least 60cm of clear floor. A coffee table that has to be moved every time defeats the point of the storage.
Delivery route dimensions. Door widths, hallway turns, stair returns and the diagonal of any tight corner. A sofa bed that fits the living room but not the hallway is a wasted afternoon for everyone.
