How To Decorate A Room For A Baby Shower

When it comes to decorating  for a baby shower, it is all about atmosphere. Think about what kind of atmosphere and “feel” you want to have at the baby shower. The baby shower should be elegant, classy, fun and easy to decorate! You could make a blue or black theme if it is a baby boy or a pink or purple theme if it’s a girl. Decorate the room with toys like stuffed animals or stuffed baby cartoon characters and you could even cover the floor with little colorful plastic balls! You could also hang a clothes line or a string going across the room and hang little baby clothes, bibs and socks or more.

Another idea for the room could be that you could hang balloons on each wall to make it look better. Also, buy a baby basket and fill it with all the baby showering stuff like shampoos, lotions, towels and soaps and even little yellow rubber ducks! Display all this near the bathroom and in the middle of the room, put a small table and put some flowers in a glass vase to give a little more fresh feeling to the baby shower. The baby shower menu helps make the party memorable. Decorate a table with delicious food like cupcakes or a cake with a baby bottle on the top to make it more attractive. Also, put salt and pepper, jelly beans, candies in baby bottles and set them on the table in different places. You could also display photos of the future mom and dad and aunts as well as uncles in cute photo frames. To give a finishing touch, make a banner out of cardboard or paper saying something like, ‘Baby Shower’ or ‘It is a girl/boy’ and hang it on a wall.
