Floral Design Tips for Table Arrangements

Flowers are used for enhancing the décor of a dining room furniture and they make up the mood for any occasion. Use them at the occasion of wedding to spruce up on tables around the hall or decorate table in the lounge, bedroom  or dining room. The natural beauty and colors not only give out a pleasant feel but also stimulate feelings of freshness and tranquility. Their fragrances soothe down our nerves and their fragility is beyond comparison. Flowers arranged on the countertop or table becomes the center of attraction for anyone entering the room. Below are some of the floral design tips for table arrangements.

 

In order to draw attention and focus of attention to the corner or center where flowers arranged you will need a breathtaking combination of various types of flowers. Choose a few brightly colored large flowers along with some white or light colored smaller flowers and define their length and width according to the type of arrangement you desire. Arrange these flowers in a glass vase of any shape along with colored marbles. Colored marbles give out a dramatic effect in the arrangement of flowers and draw attention of everyone. Adjust the flowers of various heights in a dome shape and surround them with magnolia leaves or fern.

 

 

Every type of arrangement needs focal flowers, filler flowers and line flowers. You can arrange all these three types of flowers for creating stunning table arrangements such as centerpiece arrangement, buffet-style and end-of-table flower arrangement for square, rectangular, oval or round Tables. The flower arrangement should be appropriate to the size and available space on the table. It should not look like an obstacle or come in the way on the table. The height of the flower arrangement should be appropriate and not too high to block the view. Use low height or round vase or containers to decorate and create a center focal point at your table with flower arrangement.
