When you are a professional, you keep abreast of the latest news in your field. That includes people whose job it is to take run down office buildings or other business properties and make them not only usable again, but to render them desirable. Recently, commercial renovation trends have taken a swing that leaves a bit of the old showing through the new to create a layered look. This look doesn’t say I’m an old building that looks new.
