Is the infrastructure of the area good enough? Seeing a real estate agent would be a good idea. Do you get cabinets with safe locks?

Some room should be left for extra construction in future, or at least arranging a room for say someone else moving in. Consulting with an architect is a must so that your requirements and taste can be carefully realized by a professional. It needs to be ensured that the wiring is adequate, so that if you decide on moving somewhere else within your home, wiring issues do not pop up and restrictors of marvelous plans. Get extra power outlets added before the finishing has been done and it’s too late.
