Steps to make a complaint
Please Submit A Support Ticket (by clicking here) directly if parts are missing, damages, returns, refunds or unsatisfied in any way whatsoever with our product or services giving the opportunity for the complaint to be resolved as soon as possible.
Ensure you include
Your name
Order Number
Details and dates of the complaint itself
Complaints Process
All complaints will be strictly monitored and adhered to the relevant department.
We will deal with your complaints immediately.
If we need to carry out a more detailed investigation then we may need to ask for further information and the response may take longer.
If your complaint is justified you will receive an apology with details of any other steps we believe are necessary in the circumstances. We will also explain what we are doing to prevent the problem happening again
In the unlikely event your complaint is not justified we will write to you as soon as possible

We always welcome your feedback and suggestions on how we can improve our products and services to you the consumer. We appreciate any constructive criticism, as we believe this would mutually benefit us both and enable us to build a strong relationship with our customers for the future.
